Shelby is a very energetic, attentive, and a fun loving companion. She is absolutely crazy about her toys! If you throw it once, you better be able to play for awhile. She will bark to remind you to throw the toy if you don't pay attention to her. If you don't throw it she will keep barking or get the toy and bring it closer so you can see it. Catch is her favorite game, except she doesn't like to bring to toy all the way back to you. She likes to make us play fetch too by bringing the toy almost to you but not quite all the way. She loves swimming and playing in the water! When she gets to go fishing with us she is so excited to see us catch the fish and always wants to inspect them. She is very attentive and hears the slightest sound. A great watch dog for our family. She loves when the grandkids come to the house. She burns a lot of her energy playing around with them. Shelby loves laying in our laps and being a couch potato with us too. She is a very loving and protective mother while caring for her babies. We have enjoyed having puppies from Shelby, because she is such a great mother. She will not have anymore litters. She is loved very much!
