Bella

Bella ~ born 7-16-18

Bella is our little baby girl, which was out of Shelby's first litter of puppies! She is fairly small for a Springer. She only weighs about 32 pounds and is a little shorter than her mother Shelby. She is very quiet, calm, and sweet natured. She is an extremely fast runner and springs through the air like a deer. It's so funny to watch her do that. She zips through the yard and enjoys chasing the birds. She caught her first quail not too long ago. Bella will run after Shelby barking up a storm until she passes her by. That's about the only time Bella will bark before Shelby is when she is chasing her. Any other time she is quiet until Shelby barks first. Bella has her own place in bed which is under the covers curled up behind my knees. Springers usually love swimming but Bella did not at first. It took her until she was about 2 years old to get into the water on her own and actually swim. She now enjoys swimming with her mother when we go camping and fishing. Bella has been a great mother to all of her puppies.
